Booking and Payment

1. Booking Process:
   • To book a tour package, you must complete the booking form and submit it through our website.
   • A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, as specified in the tour package details.
2. Payment Terms:
   • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as indicated on our website.
   • The final balance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Confirmation:
   • Upon receiving your booking and payment, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your tour package.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer:
   • Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to us via email.
   • If you cancel your booking:
     • More than 48 hours before the departure date, a full refund will be provided, minus a processing fee.
     • No refund will be made in case of No Show Max refund 50%
2. Cancellation by Transwisataindonesia:
   • We reserve the right to cancel any tour if circumstances beyond our control arise, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings.
   • In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available tour.

Changes to Booking

1. Changes by the Customer:
   • If you wish to change your booking (e.g., travel dates, accommodation), please contact us as soon as possible.
   • We will try to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Changes by Transwisataindonesia:
   • We reserve the right to make minor changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is not included in the tour packages. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, and loss of luggage.

Liability

1. Responsibility:
   • Transwisataindonesia acts only as an agent for suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, and other tour operators.
   • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by acts of God, war, strikes, quarantine, or other causes beyond our control.
2. Personal Responsibility:
   • You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, and health certificates.
   • You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour.

Health and Safety

• You must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements that may affect your participation in the tour.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual whose health or behavior may pose a risk to themselves or others.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of INDONESIA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in INDONESIA.
